The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
He loveth righteousness and judgment: The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD .
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; For I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
I wait for the LORD , my soul doth wait, And in his word do I hope.
For the LORD loveth judgment, And forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; Thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD . Lord, hear my voice: Let thine ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.
Salvation belongeth unto the LORD : Thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
Let thy mercy, O LORD , be upon us, According as we hope in thee.
The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, And night unto night sheweth knowledge.
Because thy lovingkindness Is better than life, My lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: But the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.
Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: But they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: All thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: For they are the rejoicing of my heart.
The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: Thy mercy, O LORD , endureth for ever: Forsake not the works of thine own hands.
Deliver my soul, O LORD , from lying lips, And from a deceitful tongue.
For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, Neither did their own arm save them: But thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, Because thou hadst a favour unto them.
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday When it is past, and as a watch in the night.
He sent his word, and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: Save me for thy mercies' sake.
When I said, My foot slippeth; Thy mercy, O LORD , held me up.
For thou, O God, hast proved us: Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
