The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; And the years of thy life shall be many.
Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: For they are the rejoicing of my heart.
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: and by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
in that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
and keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:
Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, When I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
I made haste, and delayed not To keep thy commandments.
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
I will never forget thy precepts: For with them thou hast quickened me.
Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD , have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD : and thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.
Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Praise ye the LORD . Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD , That delighteth greatly in his commandments.
and said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
